Projects

Terrarium - 2D Animation Collaborative Student Film

March - May 2023

Terrarium was my first time working on a 2d animated collaborative film. While working on the film I learned how to manage my time and how to be managed by a director and producers. We had a team of 10 and had 10 weeks to bring just an idea into a over minute film. Throughout the process I focused on the animation side of things, doing animation tests of the effects we would potentially use as well as character animation test. I strengthened my character animation skills, effects animation and learned how to clean up a 2d animated film.

Wash Cycle- Stop Motion Collaborative Student Film

March - May 2023

During my time on Wash Cycle I was mostly in charge of building the costume for the stop motion puppet. I enjoyed learning more about puppet costumes and was able to strengthen my skills in costume rigging and being creative with how I would approach making the costume. I worked on a small team of 8 people, our goal to make a minute long stop motion film. I learned how to work with others in a creative environment and learned to work efficiently on a small scale team to make a story come to life in one of the most tedious mediums, stop motion.

While attending the Savannah College of Art and Design I took several 2D animation courses where I was able to sharpen my animation and illustration skills as well as take part in collaborative animated films.

Previous Employment

Netflix- Stranger Things Extra

July 2021 & August 2021

​

Over the summer and fall of 2021 I had the pleasure of being an extra on Season 4 of Netflix's Stranger Things. During this experience I learned a little about the process that goes into making a television series. I got to experience first hand working with a large scale of people to create something that millions would see. Though I was just in the background of the shots I did learn how to work and communicate with others in such a professional environment.
